Lady Grey cheese cake

Ingredients:

200g crumbs
115g melted butter
680g cream cheese
200g sugar
3 large eggs
120ml sour cream
2 tbsp flour
120ml strong Lady Grey tea
1 tsp vanilla extract

Recipe:

Preheat oven to 165°C. Mix crumbs and butter and press into base of springform pan.
Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time.
Mix in sour cream, flour, tea and vanilla.
Pour into pan and bake for 50-60 minutes.

Let cool and refrigerate overnight.
