4 salmon fillets
2 tbsp Formosa lapsang souchong tea
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp salt,
black pepper to taste.
Recipe:
Mix the tea, sugar, salt and pepper and rub this over the salmon.
Let marinate for 1 hour
Optionally Smoke the salmon lightly in a smoker.
Served raw or lightly fried with rice (Tip: serve with jasmine tea rice)
