Black tea grilled chicken

Ingredients:

Whole chicken or 4 chicken fillets
2 tbsp black tea leaves (use our masala chai for a spicier version)
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp salt
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp black pepper

Recipe:

Grind the tea, sugar, salt and spices in a spice grinder.
Rub the chicken with the mixture and let it marinate for 1 hour.
Grill the chicken until done and serve with a fresh salad.
