Black tea brownies

Ingredients:

115g butter
300g sugar
75g cocoa powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 large eggs
65g flour
2 tbsp loose black tea Temmerman English Breakfast or Temmerman Russian caravan

Recipe:

Preheat oven to 165°C. Grease a loaf pan.
Melt butter and stir in sugar, cocoa powder and black tea.
Beat in eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla extract.
Stir in flour and salt until just combined.
Pour into pan and bake for 20-25 minutes.
