360 ml whipped cream,
120 ml milk,
60 g sugar,
4 g Temmerman Masala Chai
1 1/2 tsp gelatin
2 tbsp cold water
Recipe:
Heat the cream, milk and sugar until it just starts to boil. Let the chai tea steep for 10 minutes.
Sprinkle the gelatin over the cold water and let it sit for 5 minutes.
Reheat the cream mixture. Stir in the tea and gelatin until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
Pour the mixture into molds and let it set in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
