Ingredients:

1 oz Earl Grey Ming Sing special tea
2 oz vodka
1/2 oz sugar syrup
lemon peel
Recipe:
1. Brew Earl Grey tea and let cool.
2. Shake vodka, tea, and syrup with ice.
3. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with a lemon peel.
